Flexibility, range of motion, and strength are all things our bodies need to develop over time and sometimes it can feel as if we will never achieve our goals. That's why it's so important to set smaller goals along the way. We always want to set the bar high and achieve maximum success, but it's also important to have smaller tastes of success along the way to keep us moving forward.

Getting enough rest is one of the most vital components of a healthy lifestyle. We all know how hard it is to get through our exercise therapy when we are overly fatigued. Sleep is key to keeping your body rested and refreshed, but it is also just as important for your mental health. Studies have shown that driving tired is almost as detrimental as driving drunk! So resist the urge to stay up late, and catch those all important z's instead. Your body and mind will thank you!
